Please include these updates in PMImport 3-2014

I tried a full PMimport - version 7.1.518

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/982726 - MSWU 431 - this is an old bulletin that gets regular updates.  I have trouble with it from time to time, I tried disabling update, deleting existing policy, restaging but still am only getting old version of update.  I think Symantec may just be missing latest version released this month in PMImport?
