Error when executing RAAD 7.5.3153

Everytime I try to execute RAAD 7.5.3153 I receive the following popup error (can also be seen in the attached .jpg file):

In order to use this application please make sure the Altiris Agent is installed on your host machine

I have the Altiris Agent installed on my workstation.  Previous version of RAAD, 7.5.1670 works just fine.  I'm trying to execute this from local folder in which both the .exe and .dll reside.

Anyone with any thoughts?
