I need a solution

We have a one way trust between two forests. Forest One>Domain One is where the ServiceDesk Server lives, and Forest Two>Domain Two is where users live. The Trust will only be DC from Domain One to Domain Two and not back. A Two Way trust will never happen, and also a Server to DC trust will never happen. Is there anyway to force Service Desk to go through the DC in Domain One to ADSync with the DC in Domain Two? We have other options if this isn't possible, but we were hoping there was a way with this.
