Computers reported file reputation lookup issues.

Hello,

I have several computers whitch are not connected to the internet. Every day i recive email with FILE REPUTATION LOOKUP ALERT from this computers .

I have 12.1(RU5)  version of symantec endpoint protection.

Enobodz help me?
